First, you will e-sign an agreement and process a retainer payment to secure photo services on a date.
Then, read this preparation guide before the contracted date for photos
On photoshoot day, expect a mini tour/walk through of the property and the shoot beginsAfter the shoot, you will receive a variety of photos, and select the best shots to be edited.
Editing can take up to two weeks after making the selections, however, you request a faster editing turnaround for an additional fee
Finally, you will receive a beautiful collection of edited photos for download that you to use for marketing print/web purposes.

This is a full gallery, delivered, to a real estate developer, who hired me to photograph a new luxury apartment rental building in Jersey City, New Jersey. I was contracted to capture two apartment rental units and their luxury building amenities. Their goal was to showcase the stunning Jersey City and NYC skyline views and captivate their future residence with their work from home and play at home lifestyle. A real estate photography project like this took 8 hours, and I edited and shared over 40 photos within one week. The cost for Jersey City photography services for a project like this luxury rental property is about $2,000. This is the biggest real estate project I have had yet, so you can imagine, smaller projects can cost much less.
